Pablo’s Pen

Pablo lost his favourite blue pen. He couldn’t find it anywhere. "Where’s my blue pen?" he asked his brother. "I don't know where your pen is," he said.
Pablo thought about it.
He thought about it a lot. He used his blue pen before lunch. He used it to do his homework. He looked in his school bag and inside his text books. The pen wasn’t there. He looked in his notebook but it wasn’t there either.
He looked in the kitchen. He looked in the lounge and in his bedroom.
He asked his mum and his dad. No one had seen his favourite blue pen.
“Have you looked in your jacket pocket?” his mum asked.
“No” said Pablo. And there it was. It was in his jacket pocket!
