Morning Exercise
This morning I woke up early. It
was 7am when I got out of bed and put on my sports clothes.
I hate exercising early in the morning. It takes me a long time to wake
up.
It was cold and dark outside and I started to run. Slowly, the sun came
up and warmed my body.
I ran for 45 minutes and went to have breakfast at my favourite bar near
my flat. The orange juice, coffee and toast tasted wonderful.
I enjoyed my run, but tomorrow I’ll cycle instead.
