Cow causes rush-hour delays in Scotland

A cow has caused chaos during rush hour around Glasgow after it escaped from a nearby field.

Commuters were warned about the disruption on Twitter shortly before 9am on Tuesday.

The train company posted a photo of the cow refusing to move from the train track, and apologised for the delays.

Eventually, using a bucket of food, railway staff managed to steer the animal away from the track and back towards the field.

Some angry commuters complained thet they had missed appointments and exams.
