| Greta Thunberg Greta Thunberg is a Swedish environmental 
		activist on climate change. She was born on January 3rd 2003 in Stockholm and she has won many 
		awards for raising
 social awareness of climate change and the effects of global warming.
 When Greta was only 15, she attracted attention when, instead of going 
		to school, she
 stood outside the Swedish parliament building holding a sign which said, 
		‘School strike for
 the climate’.
 In 2018, she spoke at the United Nations Climate Change Conference and 
		helped organize
 student strikes involving over 2 million students worldwide.
 Greta was featured on the cover of TIME magazine in May, 2019 and she 
		has been called
 a ‘next generation leader’.
 She’s been named one of the 100 most influential people in 2019 and was 
		nominated for
 the Nobel Peace Prize.
