A Perfect View
It was one of the most beautiful places I had
ever seen and, to be fair, I’ve visited many amazing places in my 36
years of traveling.
From the deck of the small sailing boat I had a wonderful view over
sparkling blue water to the white houses on the high brown cliffs on the
left. Out to the right, tall pine trees swayed in the breeze and
expanded up to the snow-capped mountains in the distance.
Small dots in the distance, probably skiers, could be seen moving slowly
down the mountain and, by the water’s edge, people were sitting in the
late afternoon sun enjoying a cocktail or tasting the fresh fish that
had been caught earlier that day.
