Man Dies while texting

A man from Dublin killed himself yesterday while sending a text message on his mobile phone.

The 35-year old man, whose identity has not yet been released, was walking along a street and looking down at his phone.

A pub on the same street was having some beer delivered at the time and the cellar doors were open.

The man did not see the open cellar and fell four metres head first into the cellar, breaking his neck.

The owner of the pub has said that he does not accept liability for the accident.
