A Folding Bike
I’ve always fancied getting one of those folding bikes. I had my bike
stolen about 4 years ago and, although I’ve often thought of replacing
it, we don’t have any room in the flat for a normal bike. It would take
up too much space.
A folding bike, however, could be kept in a cupboard or in a corner
somewhere. I live in the perfect city for cycling. It’s so flat here and
it’s a shame not to take advantage of it.
Up to now I’ve been using city bikes. They’re ok, but sometimes they’re
broken or there are no bikes to take. I think I pay about 25 euros a
year.
The first half hour’s free, and then it’s 50 cents for every half an
hour
after that.
I think I’ll do some research online to see what people are saying about
folding bikes. I have a feeling that they are a lot slower than normal
bikes because the wheels are smaller.
