A New Fridge

Hi, how are you today? Yes I hope you can help me. I came in with my
wife last Thursday and we ordered a new fridge. Well, when we got home
my wife decided that she wanted the silver model and not the white one
that we’d ordered.
Yes, of course, the order number is DK37519. Mr. Ball – B-A-L-L. That’s
right. Is it possible to change the order? Great! Thank you, my wife will
be pleased. Will the fridge still be delivered next Wednesday morning?

One more thing, would it be possible for you to take the old fridge with
you? Initially we were thinking of selling it, but it’s 18 years old and I’m
sure we won’t get much for it. Oh you can! That’s marvelous. Thank you
