I saw a really nice pair of shoes in the city centre today. I saw them
in the big department store opposite the Town Hall.
They were brown with a beige line around the bottom. I tried them
on and they were really comfortable.
The only problem is the price, that’s why I didn’t buy them. They
cost 110 euros! I think that’s much too expensive for a pair of shoes.
The last pair I bought cost me 85 euros and I thought that was
expensive.
It’s my birthday next Thursday. I wonder if my parents might give
me some money towards the shoes. They gave me 50 euros last year.
If they give me the same this year I’d only have to pay 60 euros for
the shoes. Hmm…maybe I’ll wait and see!
