How Do You Celebrate
Christmas?
In India, only about 2.3% of the population are
Christians, but because there are no Christmas
trees, the Indians use banana and mango trees instead.
In Japan they have a tradition of eating Kentucky Fried
Chicken at Christmas and in Finland
they visit the graves of their ancestors.
In Sweden they burn a huge goat made of straw, and in
the Ukraine the Christmas trees are
covered with spiders and spider’s webs.
People in the Philippines leave their socks outside
their windows and in Caracas Venezuela
many people go to church on roller skates. How do you
celebrate Christmas? |
