Computer Arrests Robber
22-year-old Roy Jones walked up to two police officers who were showing their police car
computer equipment to children in a London suburb yesterday.
When he asked how the system worked, the policemen asked for his name and address
as an example. Jones gave them his driver’s license.
Moments later they arrested Jones because information on the screen showed that he was
wanted for a robbery he had committed in 2010.
